Customer Care Centre
In line with efforts to enhance its level of service, Bursa
Malaysia has established a Customer Care Centre to better serve the investing public and industry
participants in any complaints or enquiries they may have involving all aspects of Bursa Malaysia's
services and operations. All multiple channels of complaints and enquiries into Bursa Malaysia will
be centralised at Customer Care Centre.
The Centre strives to be a centre of service excellence in customer care where customers,
investors and visitors to Bursa Malaysia can look forward to prompt and dedicated service when they
visit the Centre.
The Centre also has facilities to provide training for customers and visitors wanting to
learn the trading mechanism for Bursa Malaysia equities and derivatives.
Opening hours : Mon to Fri, 8.30am - 6.00pm (open during lunch).
Closed on public holidays.
